Sent half of order and no customer assistsnce
Received the bag without the make up brush organizer, as shown in description. Ordered for a trip a dit came the night before, just the bag. On the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes. Won’t send brush interior, won’t do price adjust. Wanted me to send back BOTH parts not mailed to me. Worst customer service ever. I’m off to Neiman Marcus for good.
