Not sure about this one
The bag itself is very cute. I like how you can wear it crossbody or shorten the strap and it becomes a shoulder bag. I love the Baggu crescent bag but the strap is too short for me so I looked to this as an alternative. However, the material of the bag is very soft, which is nice but feels like it will wear or tear easily. The strap material feels like a cotton blend and will fray or get those cotton balls from friction. Wish a more durable nylon type material was used. Also, the buckle is very heavy. Lastly, my biggest issue was with the zipper. The circular pull can rotate all around the zipper and will often get stuck if it swings to the left or the right. So when you go to open your purse, it gets stuck and won’t budge. You have to realign the pull to either forward or back to open, it won’t open if the zipper is to the left or the right, if that makes sense. They should have used a zipper that either locks to the forward or back position so that it’s aligned with the zipper strip.
