Kids' Heart Back Dress

Order the item online and picked it up at the Washington Square store came home and found out that they were pin markings on the dress. I went to bring it back and realize there were pin markings on all of them and when I asked supervisor for some sort of discount, she told me no they only serve quality items, but it was obvious that all of the dresses had some kind of like written numbers or pin mark on them mostly in the heart area she offered to get it cleaned and I declined so if you buy this item that are not quality already. it’s more likely they had already cleaned it and fixed it
