Cute and Comfortable
These flutter sleeve shirts are the cutest. My daughter loves the ruffled sleeve (and she's not much into frilly things these days). It has a bit of a high-low hem being just a tad longer in the back. It's as comfy as the classic tees but with a dressed up feel. So glad these were back in stock.
