I want to express my sincere appreciation for Bernadette Fukawa at the Nordstrom Del Amo Mall. My wife, daughter, and I were shopping in the kids’ section when my daughter fell from her stroller and hit her head. Bernadette immediately came over to check on her, brought ice, and kindly gave her a pink balloon to comfort her. Her quick response, care, and compassion truly stood out.
