We found these to be true to size.
My daughter is a 4.5, but we ordered a half size down based on the reviews and recommendations to size down due to them running large. We found them to run more true to size and ended up returning the 4’s and ordering in our regular size. They are super cute. My daughter said they are very supportive and comfortable for her feet.
