Brigitte Sleeveless Midi Dress

This is the perfect dress. It is the correct weight of knit. It does not show every bump and lump. It is lightweight and an excellent choice for cool weather. It can be dressed up or dressed down. I am a classic pear shape. It fits me beautifully. It is my go to dress and the one I always take traveling. I wish it came in more colors.

I have been searching for a midi length black dress that I could dress up or down for quite a while. Finally found one that works for me. I am 5'7" and 132 lbs. 34C Bust. I ordered a size small and it fits perfectly. This dress flows beautifully. The other black dresses I tried made me look like I didn't have a waist and this one shows my curves nicely. Can't wait to wear this out and about.

I originally bought this dress in 2022 and it really is the perfect travel dress. I can wear any season on the plane to a sunny destination. I can layer it up to deal with home weather and then peel off the layers upon arrival. I use a denim jacket and tissue weight scarf to layer and it looks just as cute with tennis shoes for the journey and then throw on sandals or flip flops at destination. But… the 2022 model used better fabric than the iteration I bought this year. They are now using the cheaper thin jersey knit that stretches out easily. After two or three wears, it is already longer in length. Very disappointed in the change of fabric quality as this is such a great staple for me. Bring back the old fabric please.
