Different neckline, different belt, horrible puffy shoulders and gold buttons on sleeves. I knew it was a final sale, thought I would get item pictured

Not the same dress
The description says turtleneck, and it is indeed a turtleneck dress with a sash and gold buttons at the wrist with a little puff sleeve. I really like it and it fits great, so I'm going to keep it, but it is NOT the dress pictured online! Not a V-neck, mixed media, not a wrap. It is a long turtleneck dress.
