The scent is stunning
I was so excited to try the NEW Taif Rose Cologne Intense complimentary from Jo Malone. The description of warm roses, coffee, and amber sounded irresistible, and the fragrance didn’t disappoint. The rose is rich and velvety, while the coffee and amber add a warm, spicy depth that feels modern and luxurious. However, I was a bit let down by the presentation. Instead of the signature box tied with a ribbon, my bottle came wrapped in paper and placed in a shopping bag. For a limited-edition fragrance, I expected more. That said, the scent is stunning, perfect for anyone who loves bold, elegant florals with a twist. A beautiful fragrance, just missing that extra touch of Jo Malone magic in the packaging.

Rose Gourmand Perfection
They did this one RIGHT. The Talif Rose is SO beautiful! It is a sweet (but not sickly sweet), ultra feminine, warm, gourmand rose fragrance and it is unlike any other rose I have in my collection! I am both a rose, and gourmand girlie and for rose reference, I own the Jo Malone red roses (very fresh and slightly sweet on the dry down), and I also have the Montale's Roses Musk, Aerins Rose De Grasse and the original Cafe Rose by Tom Ford (not the recent formulation). Talif Rose is different to these roses in my collection; i'd say it falls in the same family as the Jo Malone's Velvet Rose & Oud but it's like a distant cousin - it's different and ever so slightly similar (better in my opinion). To me it smells like pink roses, baked pastry and a tiny bit of milky coffee! The coffee note is not a dark coffee, more like a latte and it blends so beautifully with the rose and makes this a creamy, floral! The dry down is mesmerizing and throughout the day I get whiffs of it which make me so happy and elevate my mood. Perfect fall/winter scent but I can also see myself wearing this on a summer evening! My husband is also obsessed with it and every now and then I wear it to bed just so I can catch whiffs of it as I toss and turn under the sheets. IN LOVE is an understatement and this perfume exceeded my expectations - it's a solid 11/10 for me! Already purchased my back up bottle and planning on getting a third and fourth since it's limited edition and I don't want to be without it.

Unbelievable magic in a bottle!!
The scent is amazing but why would Nordstrom not pack it in the actual Jo Malone box? Spend a lot of money but packers tend to forget I would like the same in store experience!!
BUT, the scent is magical, mystical and a must buy!! I can’t wait to wear it out! Floral with a little twang.

Soooo good. I’m a big fan of Velvet Rose & Oud and this is similar but so different. It’s like a sweet rose but dries a little masculine, in a good way. I’ve read others describe it as a jammy rose and it’s true. It’s sweet but sexy… I’m sad it’s limited edition cause it’s one I’d rebuy!

This is a such a feminine, intoxicating scent!
This was my first time trying a Jo Malone London fragrance and I am enamored with the fragrant I tried! I was gifted by Jo Malone London to try their Taif Rose Cologne Intense and I am in love with this perfume. The rose notes of this scent are so distinctive without being overpowering. I love how the rose notes provide a sophisticated sweetness that immediately makes me think of luxury. Overall, I find this scent very intoxicating and I’ve been wearing it for work and nights out and I feel like it’s perfect for pretty much anytime, and the lasting power is good as well! I will HAVE to buy a new bottle when I run out of mg current one, as Taif Rose has become a fast favorite of mine.
