Jaime Corset Fit & Flare Dress

I’m what you would call a House of Cb connoisseur. I own many of their pieces. This dress is absolutely stunning and right up my alley in terms of style. The quality is there as well. But the sizing is VERY off. This is the first time I’ve had an item not fit me. I’m assuming it’s because of the fabric the top is made from, but that’s no excuse. For an item of this price sizing needs to be consistent across the board. I’m very disappointed.

Wanted to love this dress, but it was not the right size and the color was disappointing in person. For reference, I ordered the House of CB Eve dress in a medium a/c cup and it fit me like a glove (measurements: 32DD chest, 27-28 inch waist, 40-inch hips) but this one I definitely would have needed a D/DD cup. My chest was practically spilling out. Also, the ribcage area felt tight at first, but it's slightly adjustable due to the corset back. All in all, this dress has potential, but the color was just too light and muted for me (I expected more of a baby blue) but if I went up a cup size I feel confident saying this dress would have fit beautifully, but I will be returning it.

Absolutely love it, I would say the color is accurate. Runs a bit large, house of cb sizing could be a little off like lace dresses I can do XS other more structured fabric I would probably struggle a little with zipping it up in regular small a/c cup due to protruding ribcage. But this one fits like an absolute dream. Easily one of my favorite dresses now! 10/10
