How to use: Apply in seconds with just water! Peel off the plastic top sheet, place and press the tattoo face down on the nail and wet the tattoo paper with water until it is completely soaked through. Press and hold down in place for a few seconds, then gently peel up the paper to reveal your INKED! tattoo. Let tattoo dry for about one minute and apply two thick layers of clear top coat to seal your nail.
