Love how shiny it is. Was worried that the chain /lariat would slide around too much, but it's anchored/secured to the loop and stays in place. Can see myself wearing this one on a regular basis!

Never got my items
Never got my necklaces, I ordered 6! Mint & Lily sent me one small box with 3 pouches that had random jewelry that I did not order. When I called Nordstrom, the guy said he’ll write a report about it - got an email 2 day later saying I’m being issued a refund and guess what? Refund was processed for only ONE NECKLACE not the entire order. It’s disappointing to experience this with Nordstrom - yeah it’s through their marketplace but Nordstrom allows their platform to be used by third-party sellers that do not align with their level of quality and service which is a direct reflection of them!

Stunning piece but not able to exchange
I purchased this necklace in rose gold and it is quite beautiful. I wanted it in gold so I went into a store to exchange. Unfortunately, because it’s a marketplace item so you can only return it. I found that out after returning it but now it’s out of stock.
If you purchase it, hold on to it before returning for an exchange because it may not be available.

I received this as a gift. Although, this is an extremely cute necklace, it broke after I wore it twice. As a matter of fact, I was taking it off and it broke right on my Neck. I had just received it and now I can’t wear

Pretty disappointed in the packaging of these necklaces. The Gold Cross doesn’t even have the plastic around the chain in the back like the Rose gold one does. These are both presents and doesn’t really look like Nordstrom standards. This company should do better when sending out their products.. if I had time to return, I would before Christmas I would.
