How to use: Turn on the device then select your elos level—low, medium or high. Glide the device over the selected treatment area. Use it on targeted areas once a week for seven treatments over a period of six weeks. Periodic touch-up treatments are suggested when needed.

This review is for the Precision version of this product ($245).
I️ had modest expectations but this product definitely went above and beyond. 5 stars.
I️ mainly used it to reduce the peach fuzz on my abdominal area. For reference, I️ am Indian, my skin tone is similar to actress Alia Bhatt and I️ have black hair.
Here is what I️ did:
- Used it on the highest setting on the first time and each time - don’t start low, then progress to high
- I️ used a stamping motion, not gliding
- For exactly 7 weeks, I️ used it 3 times a week (E.g Sunday, Wednesday and Friday) and each time, ran the device 4-5 times over my skin. This made my skin red and sensitive but it wore off in a few hours.
- I️ shaved before each session, but towards the end of the 7 weeks I didn’t need to shave anymore, because the peach fuzz stopped growing
- I️ exfoliated using apricot scrub in between sessions to keep the area clean and smooth
I️ used the product aggressively and saw results by 7 weeks.
Pro tip - be sure to clean the light window regularly so that there’s no dirt build up, which can reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.

I saw no effect from using this. I used it on high, did multiple passes as instructed. NOTHING. I just don't think this is powerful enough to get the results that you can get from a professional.

Works well, takes time
I waited to write this review until I had really evaluated the machine (i.e. 6-8 weeks). I have a medium skin tone and dark hair (especially on my face) that has been through electrolysis, laser hair removal (x2) and now waxing (pretty much gave up). I decided to give this a try not only on my face, but also legs and underarms. It worked the best on my face (maybe because of previous laser attempts?), and noticed a difference at week 4. Serious reduction in hair (almost completely gone!) and this has improved my quality of life SO MUCH. I say this only because I know other people probably struggle with this and I want to share my experience. It was worth the purchase just for this. On the other hand, it took about 6 weeks to notice the reduction on my legs, which is kind of patchy now but results in having to shave less often. I'm confident that over time it will be gone, but will take longer. Lastly, I haven't really had success on my underarms, but this is a hard area. So in summary, this can work depending on the area, it just takes time. For me, it was worth it for the face reduction alone and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Dont waste your time or money
I purchased this system and i used it faithfully like instructed and there was NO difference. i have dark coarse hair and was supposedly the perfect candidate but it did not work at all. Very disappointed.

Did not work for me or bf
I have light/olive skin and dark hair which is ideal for laser hair. I have used the silk'n before and that worked great for me but that was a couple of years ago and finally my hair grew back. I wanted to try something different because the silk'n was pricey and broke after a year (ended up getting it replaced then sold the new one).
I did this for the 6 weeks like instructed and actually did it for a few more weeks extra. At first, I saw a large reduction in hair. My boyfriend is fair skinned with blonde/light brown hair and has VERY thick hair. This did not work for him that well.
I found that it worked quicker on thinner hairs (facial hair, arm hair, etc.) but on thicker areas like down south and armpits it took a long time to see a difference. So I think that's why it didn't work so well on my bf (I don't think it was the color of his hair because it worked okay on his toes - has some growth now though).
I ended up returning this after 8 weeks because I didn't see a large enough improvement to justify keeping a $500 at-home laser hair remover that did a mediocre job. Let me just say I am SO glad I returned it.
It's been about two months and already my hair is back to what it was before. What a waste of time!

It does work
I have been using this for 5 weeks now and am very pleased with the results. On my most stubborn black and coarse hair, I'd say easily 75% of it is gone. On my not so stubborn hair I have noticed about a 90-95% reduction. For the hairs that are growing back still, they are much more fine and lighter in color. I have a few that have gone from jet black to clear which is much better. My leg hair is growing so slow and so sparse that I can shave once a week - whereas before I was shaving daily. Even then very little hair is left to shave. My under arm hair is nearly all gone.
I have varied hair color from fine/clear to coarse and black. I am medium-medium/dark in coloring and this is working great on me.
I started on level 1 but quickly went to level 3. There is minimal to no pain at all for me. Just warmth in most cases. Very easy to use. Very happy with my purchase!
