I take right before bed

They work but be warned…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the OG Beauty Zzz’s pills, so thought I’d give the gummies a try. The flavor is just ok, a little tart. It does make me sleepy, so I know they work. With that said, they make me feel very groggy in the morning to the point where it’s hard to even open my eyes. I do not like that feeling at all - reminds me of taking a Benadryl or other drowsy medication. I don’t get that way with the other Beauty Zzzz pills, even when I have those with CBD tea. I won’t get the gummies again and will stick with the original pills.

Best night sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always had trouble falling asleep from being a bartender for 11+ years… I did a lot of research on this company and it did not fail me. When it says take 20 min. Before you want to go to bed they are NOT kidding. And I feel so great when I wake up. And I don’t wake up thru the night :) I got 3 of my friends to buy it after I told them.
