Hoop Earrings - Giulia Large Silver

While these are pretty, they are not as big as they appear in the photos and they are not quite the .9 inches in diameter advertised. Worse than the size, trying to return these has become a problem. I took them to Nordstrom Rack today to return them and was told they cannot accept them because they are a "Marketplace Purchase" . . . shipped by a third party. The Rack associate apologized and said this information was in very fine print when I purchased it, so look closely. Now I am left with two choices . . . drive 45 minutes to the nearest Nordstrom or FedEx the return (and the cautions associated with this option sound like I may never get a refund). SHAME ON NORDSTROM for not standing behind every product you sell. Your easy returns are the very reason I have paid your higher prices and shopped at Nordstrom for years. Not sure when this "third party stuff" started, but it makes me very leary to continue shopping at Nordstrom. Bad business decision on many levels.
