Oh my gosh! I swear when I think I’ve ever smelled it I think I had a teeny tiny orfasm. The smell is just it’s different it’s very different. I had a lady make me write it down for her the other day she wanted to know so bad what I was wearing!

Very disappointed
The smell doesn’t have holding power! It doesn’t last even half an hour, no one can smell it after I put on!!!! So disappointing, especially considering the price!

I loved the original Guidance, especially during the dry down. Although I like the new version, I miss the strong, original scent. The updated version should have been better than the original. The old version is a 10/10 for me; I love the original Guidance. I don't regret buying the new version, but I expected a darker, stronger scent. Amouage Guidance was already perfect in the original version.

Better than the OG
This scent is WAY better than the Original Guidance! Is more fruity, sweeter, and woodier without being masculine. The pear and the apricot scent from the Osmanthus is divine!
This is the best special night out fragrance. And the performance is outstanding, similar to the OG. A true masterpiece by QB.

not the OG
I was expecting a boulder version or something more complex than the original. I think it’s better for spring summer. It’s a little bit lighter. It does have a fresher note in it but I like the original and for the price difference there’s not enough change between the two.. the bottle is sunny don’t get me wrong. The juice is good. I just don’t see a big enough difference and I like the impact of the original.

This perfume is not a stronger version of the original but an alternative for people that don’t care for the strong skin essence that projects from the original. 46 has a dry down that is slightly soapy or you could say clean. (I’ve seen other reviews complaining about the original) I personally LOVE both and get compliments every time I wear them! The dry down of this fragrance is amazing and it lasts! If you were on the fence about the original this might change your mind. I know it’s expensive but some of you might be worth it!
