Not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used three of the different organ products and my joints swelled up with painful gout, so I am unable to take them. However, I give the other products I use and customer service five stars. It's just the organ products don't agree with my body.

Appears to be a good product as do all Codeage products.
Just started this a few weeks ago. By my appearance my sister said I could have Kidney problems. Being ill for many yrs. with multiple problems, I considered what she said & got this Kidney PGM. What can I say it has done for me thus far ? Not 100% sure but I do know it will not harm & can only help. It can be very hard to figure out what might be making one ill. Often it is multiple things and not just one thing. And in todays world I would say that is the case 95 % of the time.

Best Product For What I Need
