Good knife
Almost 20 years ago, I was in Germany and bought a similar knife. I needed a new one and I have to say that this one rises to occasion. It is fabulous!

Sharp and well-balanced
I knew the serrated utility knife was the right knife when I halved a flaky croissant without tearing or having the layers disintegrate! It is sharp and well-balanced and easily sliced though tomatoes and other soft vegetables without the tearing.

Serrated utility knife
I have owned this knife for years and recently bought 2 more for our grandchildren for Christmas. My wife and I use it daily. A Great utility knife.
