Double Layer Scallop Hoodie

This is a very soft, breathable, comfortable hoodie. Purchased nearly every color for my husband, who loves them. That being said, the quality is not 5 star. I have washed several twice in the washing machine inside a garment bag, and 2 of the 4 hoodies developed small holes in the outer layer of fabric. It’s a pain to sew the holes as the outer layer is thin and reminds me of cheesecloth— it’s a very delicate weave. The tag says these can be machine washed and dried, but I don’t see how that’s possible. Maybe it’s because we have an older washer/dryer, but I’ve never had an issue with any of my delicate clothes when I wash inside garment bags, and I pride myself on my laundry skills. :) Be mindful, it’s a great piece of clothing, but you will need to hand wash to extend the life of the garment. Goodlife also has excellent customer service, they replaced a hoodie for us that had 7 holes in it. Because of their customer service combined with the comfort of the garment, I will continue to purchase these and hand wash them. Sizing runs a bit snug, if you like your hoodies to be roomy, size up.
