Girls Rosewood Tie-Dye Hi-Lo Ruffle Dress

Extremely disappointed that Nordstrom has gone with a third party seller model. I shop at Nordstrom because I know what I'm getting. I feel hoodwinked on my lastest transaction with these dresses. They come from a third-party seller which is not obvious to me at check out or in the listing. The quality was only okay and didn't differ much from Amazon with serged edges etc.... This purchase has wasted so much time because of poor vendor management and lack of ease in the return process. You cannot return in store and this vendor returns to a person not a business. Even FedEx told me it seemed shady and to be cautious of my return and contact Nordstrom to make sure it's not a scam. On top of that Nordstrom has a big red disclaimer that says they're not responsible for mishandled returns etc... Despite contacting customer service at least 2 or 3 times I was offered no alternate solution from agents, even they were surprised but not able to provide another option. Poor customer service policy from Nordstrom is not something that I've come to expect from this previously reliable department store. As the primary purchaser for my household I will be more reserved in my purchasing moving forward. Here's to hoping I get my money back. And I won't be buying Mia Belle again.
