Notch Collar Cotton Blend Blazer

I have ordered 4 of these jackets, trying to find one that is wearable. I tried 2 size small, 1 petite medium, and 1 petite small. The first size small had a lining that was such a mess it was hanging below the front of the jacket. The second size small jacket arrived with a nicely sewn lining, however the notches at the top of the lapel were 2 different sizes. It was very noticeable as soon as I tried it on. The petite medium needed the button moved down in order for the lapel to be even, but it was a little bit big on me. For reference 5'1", 34D, 112lbs. The petite small fit nicely. It is shown in the last picture. I will need to move the button in order to line up the notches on lapel. Not up to the usual Nordstrom standards I have counted on for many years. I was looking for an easy to wear, go with everything summer jacket that wasn't a jean jacket. The material is medium weight, wrinkle resistant (not wrinkle free), cotton- polyester blend. Two of the jackets, the petite sizes, had a lovely, smooth transition from the lapel to the body of the jacket. The misses sizes were lumpy where the lapel was sewn to the jacket body in the front. In my opinion, this would be a great jacket if the sewing and construction were consistent and finished properly.
