Innersole heel disc not great idea
Can't a padded heel area - the entire heel area - be provided? That small round disc is not comfortable. There was a time when Gentle Souls brand had a comfortable cushioned innersole ... that has diminished over the past 2 to 3 years to bare minimum. This brand is becoming more and more like all the others: quality has sadly declined.
