Geneva Chain Loafer (Women)

I really wanted these shoes to work for me. I'm always looking for dress work loafers that are comfortable when walking around the office and City, but also dressy. I am normally a size 9.5, but these kept slipping off my feet in the heel area. I even tried it with thicker socks, but that didn't even help. They run 1/2 size too long, BUT they are also too narrow for me. This shoe runs narrow, so even if I sized 1/2 size down, the shoe would be way too tight around the widest part of my foot. It' a shame bc these are such cute shoes, but I also remember that Cole Haan women's shoes run on the narrow/average side, and my feet are just slightly wider than average. Still on the lookout for cute but comfortable work loafers.

Very disappointed in Nordstrom. This shoe does not match the description. Bought at the anniversary sale and it’s a plastic material for the shoe, the sole and the lining. If the material is changed for the sale, the description should be changed also so that buyers are aware what they are purchasing. Returning this shoe as it’s not a leather upper with a rubber some as stated.

I originally bought the black ones but am exchanging for the tan suede. I am a solid size 7 and found them extremely comfortable and true to size. I ended up finding other black loafers that I liked so the black is going back. Also the black did have a cheaper, non leather plastic like feel to them which was weird. No worries though, I saw the tan suede in the store and love those even more. Win win in my book!

I wanted to love these but they just look cheap. For the price I expected better. The leather looks like plastic and the chain looks like fake plastic as well. I tried thwm on and the shoe immediately creased. Just poor craftsmanship. Wanted to love these but will be returning for a better looking shoe.
