What it is: A 24-hour moisturizing lip balm that activates an instant and long-lasting rush of mint hydration with an energizing citrus twist.
What it does: This hydrating lip balm uses time-release technology for lip-activated freshness. When you press your lips together, you trigger the cooling encapsulation system while menthyl PCA slowly breaks down for all-day minty moisture. Sugar and nourishing oils help smooth, soften and protect lips against dryness.

Love this balm
The Fresh Citrus Rush Lip Treatment is a nourishing formula that provides effective hydration and leaves lips feeling soft and smooth. This balm hand a fresh citrus scent and is perfect for my chapped lips especially during the colder winter months. The tube packaging is also convenient when applying on the go, I would highly recommend.

Melts in the heat
2 1/2 Stars. I absolutely love the “Mint Rush” balm—glides on nicely and the minty tingle is divine. Relieves the dryness immediately. On the downside, all of the Fresh lip balms, including the Mint Rush, melt. Be careful not to leave in your car, or carry in your handbag or (worse) your pocket on a warm day. You’ll end up with a mess. I’d love to give 5 stars, but I cannot.

Nice
I love Fresh's brand and this product it's such a great lipbalm, it’s super hydrating and nourishing for the lips. The smell is good and the size is great , it during a longtime and you can keep in your purse and your bag easily. It is also a perfect little gift for christmas or birthday. I recommend it.
