Amazing!!
This product is great! Within a few days my lips were so hydrated and soft. I use this before bed as part of my night time routine so it’s definitely not for on the go as application is with you hands but it really does the job if you have chapped lips!

Gave this a try having used the lip balms. Welp, huge mistake shelling for a tube without trying it on first. It wouldn’t hydrate anything, just sit there in a greasy puddle. Doesn’t even smell nice. Extremely difficult to apply. Thought I would at least try using it on my elbows but still no good. So so messy and frankly, useless. Had to bin the thing.

Expected more
Purchased this in the Fresh lip kit to try as I already love the sugar lip therapy. It is a little disappointing. It has a slightly spicy scent which is ok. It feels like more of a barrier balm to protect rather than actually hydrate as I had very sore lips recently when the weather turned and this didn't help but I think it would protect when out in the cold and wind.

Not for me
I bought this as I love the SUGAR ADVANCED THERAPY LIP BALM from fresh, so I thought it would make sense to buy the ointment. It did not! This product is so different from the other, it’s really thick making it difficult and messy to apply. I don’t find it as hydrating at all, it did not stay on my lips and although you get a lot of product for me it’s just not worth the price.
Just buy the SUGAR ADVANCED THERAPY LIP BALM, it’s actually hydrating and easy to apply. Don’t bother with the ointment
