did not help my sensitivity or redness
This gave moderate hydration and some nourishment, though it did leave a tacky feel to the skin which I was not fond of. Did it calm or reduce redness? Not mine I'm afraid, I have sensitive reactive skin with several contact allergies, that inflames at the drop of a hat. This made no difference to any of that. Overall, I feel I get more calming benefit from my normal night time routine, so am returning to that. I feel this might suit a much younger user better, who does not yet want/need anti-ageing in their skincare. I had no reaction to this, and it had only a very faint scent, both of which are positive. However for me, this was no better than a standard, somewhat sticky moisturiser, so not impressed.

hydrating
when I tried this for the first time about 2 years ago I loved it so much and found it super soothing and moisturising. second time around it feels more like a basic moisturiser that I could definitely find for a bit less. it's a nice addition to my routine to use occasionally but I wouldn't say it's essential.

Irritated my skin
I was super hopeful after the reviews but this irritated my sensitive skin. I suffer from mild rosacea, redness and dryness so was hoping this would help but it tingled (not in a pleasant way) when I used this. I applied it as an overnight mask but was underwhelmed by the results in the morning. Wouldn’t buy again. Recommend the Ren evercalm mask instead.
