River Faux Suede Jacket

I love this jacket. I ordered it online and it was exactly as expected except for one problem…it STINKS. Smells fishy. I washed it twice and the jacket still retains this weird, plastic fishy smell. My boyfriend could smell the jacket before I even entered the room that’s how bad it is! Such a bummer but definitely returning.

I purchased this jacket for a Christmas party and wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. Although I loved how it fit, the jacket had a strong fishy odor. Unfortunately, people at the party even commented that I smelled bad, which was extremely embarrassing. The smell was completely unbearable and ruined the experience.

I bought this jacket because It looked great online When I received it had a horrible horrible smell I had a trip planned didn’t even bother taking it because I didn’t want the rest of my closed to smell in my carry on honestly the quality and all not the best either for the $ I was gone for a week when I got home it still smelled horrible had to return it

Was hoping the smell wasn’t in all of them. I had it delivered to store. When I got it and smelled it much to the counter staff’s surprise. It smelled fine. Then I told her what I was doing and that I needed to smell inside it. Sure nuff….whatever they used to make this jacket was a rotten disgusting demon fart. Too bad bc it’s beautiful. If I thought the smell could be cured I would’ve kept it.
