Franklin Print Puff Sleeve Midi Dress

The sizing guide measurements on the hips and waist are correct but the bust Size is way off to the point I emailed Petal and Pup directly to see if this dress was made wrong. Waiting to hear back. Normally wear a size 2 but ordered a 4 and it still did not fit in the bust. Bust size is 34/35.

I originally purchased size 2 based on reviews that recommended sizing up. The 2 fit tight and form fitting, not necessarily in a bad way but if I had a big meal, you’d know. But I loved the way it looked on me, very flattering. Out of curiosity, I ordered a size 4 and the fit was slightly more relaxed but definitely more comfortable than the size 2. I also noticed the color was different between the two sizes. I preferred the size 2 color; was super confused on why the exact same dress but different sizes would be different in color shade?? The neckline on size 2 also sat better whereas the size 4 had some slight gaping. I ultimately went with size 4 for a more comfortable all-day fit. I’m normally a size 0 or xs. I’m 5’2, 108lbs.
