Fireside Riverland Genuine Shearling Micro Bootie (Women)

I live in UGGs, so when someone said these are better than UGGs because of the real fleece, I had to try them. The workmanship is nice and the gold-dust color is nicely done, but they just don't work for me, mainly because the soles are made from a stiff material that barely bends when you walk. Between the stiff sole and the split fleece in the back of the shoe, your heel has no choice but to flop up and down as you walk. (And I know my size was not too big because my toes were already plenty close to the downward-sloping front end of the shoe.) In all, an odd and not-relaxing walking experience. It's a miss for me.
