How to use: Clean your face and ensure that the under-eye area is completely dry. Don't use any moisturizers or serums prior to Filla, as your skin needs to be dry for Filla to stick. Unpeel each Filla pad from its paper backing and stick it to your under-eye area just below your bottom lash line (avoiding direct contact with the eyes) with the larger end on the inner side of your eye. For best result, leave on for 30 minutes and follow up with a moisturizer or serum to keep the area hydrated after you depuff.
