Paradise Pointelle Organic Cotton Tank

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never been the kind of person so far to buy multiples of any particular clothing item, until this top. I shopped in store and as soon as I saw it, I immediately sensed it would be on a different level from any other tank top, and white tank tops in particular, because of the subtle detailing on the fabric and because the slightly sporty cut of the neckline. It is also just the right heavier weight such that, as long as you have the right size, it doesn’t show bra lines, and is just as flattering under a blazer for work as it is with jeans for casual out and about wear. It’s also super comfy. All other tank tops I’ve come acrosss that I can recall have had one or more of these qualities deficient - usually too thin, not shapely enough (this has just a touch of stretch to have its own distinct shape that’s flattering rather than just hanging or sitting on your skin), too plain (this has a touch of a scalloped edge at the bottom and about 1/4” wide trim along the arms and neckline which give it a more refined and stylish look), too long, neckline too low or too high, etc. IMO, this suffers from none of these problems. What I also like about this, as mentioned by comparative example above, is the length is just right. I’m petite, with a little extra in the hips. The length is just right to either wear untucked or tuck it in slightly either French tuck style or fully tucked with a bit pulled out for a blouse effect, which I’ve worn as such nicely with slacks and skirt for work. I liked this so much I bought it in every color, and doubles in black (would have bought 2 in white but they were out of stock in the store). Lastly, all of these qualities combined give me great confidence that these will last, and well, for many years to come!

The fit is great and I like the fabric of the tank which is a little more interesting that a plain tank top so gives a little more of an elevated look making it flexible for use with jeans or nicer pants. Quality of the fabric is good and it fits true to size. I am typically an XS and purchased an XS and the fit is great.
