Really effective
I have previously had cupping with my acupuncturist, but did not realise you could do it at home like this. The vacuum suction works really well and is super simple. I like the large cup for my thighs but my favourite is using the really small cup under my eyes. It is fine enough to work on the tiny wrinkles in the area. My skin looks great straight afterwards. My advice is get the set it is good value and you will use all 3.
