They’re very cute. The quality of the leather isn’t what UGG used to be. They’re a little Herman monster looking if you like that look. Not sure if I’ll keep them yet.

I love this boot!
I'm very happy with my purchase. This is the perfect everyday winter boot. After reading the reviews I sized down to an 8. I'm an 8.5 but usually go a size up when shoes come in whole sizes. The 8 fits perfectly! The sole is very sturdy and thick. I have a couple critiques, the upper leather shaft is very thin. I expected it to be a thicker material. And when I received my shoe it wasnt presentation ready. The soles looked like its been tried on or maybe a display shoe (see picture). I almost returned them but I loved the shoe so much I decided to keep them.

Received notice item was in. I go to the store item disappeared from the store. Staff unable to find it.

I received notice of a Refund for the item, but what about my gas, time & disappointment
I live in the suburbs it’s a 30 minute drive to the store without traffic
