Emery Panel Midi Sundress

Got it as a birthday dress. It is see through but not in the wrong places. I’m usually between sizes. I’m 5’9-10 and about 172 lbs. if I lose a few more lbs I can def wear a size 6. It’s see through like only on the waist. When you actually put the dress on it’s not see through. It looks see through till you try it on. Definitely not like a church dress but for the beach or nights out or even a Sunday brunch etc it’s perfect. Im wearing it out Saturday night so we’ll see if it’s actually super see through. Pretty sure it’s not.

This dress fit me wonderfully and I loved the skirt, but the top is totally see through. I didn’t mind the fact that you could see the stitching/pleating, but I couldn’t figure out how to cover things that needed to be covered. A bra could be seen because of the thinness of the fabric, but going braless isn’t really an option on this. Major bummer as it’s lovely otherwise.

The dress is gorgeous when you put it on it’s not see-through. I think it looks like it is see-through when you don’t have it on. I was putting on the dress. It was my birthday and I literally moved the strap without any force and it broke completely. There was no way to wear it. I was so upset cause I tried it on so many times before my birthday and it was fine and the day of it broke. I returned.

The fit of this dress is absolutely beautiful on me. I truly loved the design and how it looked on. It was true to size, hugged in all the right places, and the length was perfect for wearing with short heels. Length was exactly similar to the model picture. Unfortunately, the fabric quality was very disappointing. It feels cheap, with only two thin layers that are quite sheer and see-through. The top offers little to no coverage, even with a nude or white bra, everything is visible. The same issue applies to underwear, and it shows up clearly in photos as well. For a $200 dress, I expected much better quality. Sadly, because of the fabric, I’ll be returning it.

I was so disappointed in this dress, as the design is very good. Fabric Completely see through all though it's fully lined. For almost $200, this is absolutely ridiculous. You can see every seam, extra fabric, underwear (even skintone), it's almost unwearable. Size I typically wear a size 8-10 (5'6", 160 lbs) I have a 31" waist and according to the size chart that would be a 12 so thats what I ordered and was very large. If I were to exchange it, I would have ordered an 8 I think. Length I'm 5'6", and this was hitting right at my ankles, which is what I wanted. But for shorter people, this would be very long. Design As I said, the design is very nice; this would have been the perfect dress for my college graduation, which is why I'm so disappointed. Overall, this dress is absolutely ridiculous for being completely see-through and $200. I would suggest buying anything else for that amount.
