Metallic Tweed Dress

I’m 5’8” and usually wear a size 8 in dresses due to my broad shoulders. However, I purchased this dress in a size 6. I would say it’s true to size. A bit tight in my shoulders but not noticeable. I’m straight through the hips and thighs and the fit is flattering through the bodice. It does run shorter than what it appears on the model but still hits me 3-4” above the knee. So a modest length. I received many compliments at the office. It’s very “Jackie O” and although the fabric is stiff and a bit itchy, it was comfortable enough for all day wear.

I bought size 6 it was small and returned. Then ordered 8 on March 2nd. I have never received it. I called customer service for refund. They send me email they are unable to process refund. I called again they said ignore the email. We will solve the problem. I never received my dress or the refund. I am loyal to Nordstrom. I am an ambassador customer. I am actually shocked how you handle this situation.
