What it is: An instantly illuminating and moisturizing eye balm that brightens and refreshes tired eyes. Who it's for: All skin types. What it does: Skin-soothing chamomile and arnica are blended with bird-of-paradise flowers and optical blurring powders to help reduce the appearance of dark circles. Omega-rich apricot kernel oil nourishes the delicate eye contour area. The balm's cooling applicator provides targeted application underneath and on top of makeup.
