Scratchy
This fabric would be what my daughter calls ‘old lady ish’ and while I don’t mind being an old lady or ish, I understand what she is insinuating, that it has that synthetic look with easy care, the original 70s leisure suit. I mistakenly purchased this unaware that I had purchased this same fabric 5 years ago and never wore the pants and jacket. Went into the donation pile. A total waste. It wasn’t warm enough to wear on chilly fall or winter days and too hot on steamy east coast summers or balmy spring. I especially do not like the scratchy feel of this fabric so I am returning it despite the cut of pants being more up to date. I am much like many loyal EF customers, purchasing online and crossing my fingers that items ordered online will fit due to inconsistent sizing. Corporate needs to produce more petite sizes when they offer them in specific styles because while we prefer a sale price, I’ve noticed all the petite sizes are sold out. The items that are still available on sale are either odd color shape or fabric. Please pay attention to what is in demand (sold out) keep producing those items with tasteful colors and petite sizing. Some of the colors this season were garish and unappealing, which was all that was left on sale. Those colors were not quiet luxury. Please pay attention to what sells and then repeat!

Comfortable, no pockets, length is odd
I tried these in three sizes before I chose PM. I’m 5’2”, 130 lbs, curvy shape. It’s odd to me that EF sells “travel” pants without pockets. Nonetheless, I love how light and packable these pants are. I have these in Grove, which is a warm greenish gray, not really olive nor gray. These dress up or down pretty easily.
