Wonderful Corduroy Pants!
These pants are 'tumble dry' so I know they will do some shrinking, maybe just a little, but I would much rather have some extra comfort rather than too tight. I own other Eileen Fisher pants which have all been 'spot on' after their first laundry. The pants are a soft, buttery, corduroy and I ordered Taupe, which is a lovely neutral.

tiny fit
although the pants were the same size and same type pants ( lantern) They were smaller at waist and too short .

Nice pant, but really BIG
Received the taupe color which is quite lovely. The fabric is nice and the tailoring is good. That being said, the pair that I received in XS was really big. Normally I always wear an XS in EF. My friend is a small in EF, and they were too big for her, so the sizing is way off. Lately EF clothing has been all over as far as sizing. It is disappointing that many of their pieces are not sized according to their size chart. Pants were returned.

great fabric and style but too big
Ordered both Xlarge ( my usual size), and Large. Unfortunately the Xlarge was way too big in the waist and over all…the Large was too tight….very disappointing. Have had to return EFs pants this year more than ever…the sizing is inconsistent which is such a shame. I went alterations and Nordstrom but they wanted to,charge an extra $35 to take in the elastic…I passed on this and returned for refund.

Pricey, but so hard to find!
Love the pants. I have another beloved pair in charcoal from another label that I’ve had for years. Eileen Fisher is definitely PRICEY, and I would have preferred the (unavailable) brown “wren” color. But I’ve been looking for another pair of relaxed, wide wale all cotton cords like this for years- they’re a rarity!

These are so great!
You have to understand that these are supposed to fit loosely. That said, they are perfect baggy pants. Not for everyone or every body type. I took my usual EF size, XS, which is smaller than my usual size (S) in most other brands. So comfortable. So trendy. I bought them in all three colors. After washing and drying on low as per the instructions, they shrank about an inch in length. They hit just above the ankle now and look perfect with ankle boots. I'm 5'6". Hope that helps.
