What it does: Inspired by the light of the moon—an endless source of reverie and mystery—this palette illuminates lashes, defines brows and brightens lids.

How to use: Apply the formulas with the spoolie brush to set and enhance brows. Use on the brow bone or in the inner corner of the eye for a touch of light. Layer on top of eyeshadow for a luminous look. Illuminate eyes and make them appear larger by applying with the angled brush like an eyeliner. Add to the tips of the lashes or as a top coat over mascara for a more intense satin finish.
