Details & care
What it is: Fill your living space with diptyque's Noisetier Hazelnut Candle.
Fragrance story: This candle carries the fruity, woody scent of autumn.
Pro tips: The first time you burn your diptyque candle, allow it to burn for at least two hours until the whole top is liquid with wax to help your candle burn more evenly next time. Before lighting, trim the wick to 1/4-inch length, which will allow the candle to burn slowly and will help avoid unsightly black marks around the edge of the glass. After blowing out your candle, recenter and straighten the wick.

Fave Dyptique Scent
I recently was gifted this candle, despite being a big Dyptique fan I wasn't really aware of this scent. It has turned out to be my favourite from their range so far. It's a lovely warm scent that fills the room and is perfect for the winter months. Would definitely recommend for winter candle fans

Hit and miss
I love these candles but the quality recently is up and down. Didn’t seem to burn evenly with black smudges up the glass, tried trimming the wick and turning the candle etc…but the wax still pooled which is a shame. Still like the scents but unsure I would buy this again, quite expensive for a candle that doesn’t burn evenly

Noisetier candle
I would describe this candle as masculine. A slight nutty fragrance, but overall amber. Not at all sweet or fruity. I also purchased, Vanille, to pair with it. They are both nice, but too similar in scent character.

Rich
This is one of the most unique scents. I've never smelled anything like it in with American luxury candle brands. It is nutty and sweet. To me, it seems like more of a fall or winter candle because the scent is rich and warm.

If you love it, you LOVE it!
The hazelnut aroma is quite strong but, like many Diptyque, there are layers to the scent. The other layers are very fresh and 'woodsy.' I can see what previous reviews mean by the Nutella element, but to me it isn't that strong (and I dislike foodie / vanilla type fragrances.)
On the other hand, my husband doesn't like this one much - hence, I think it's a good one to smell in person rather rhan buying blindly online. The Marmite of Diptyque!

Perfection
Rich, warm hazelnut scent fills the room instantly — cozy, comforting, and perfect for autumn nights. Burns evenly with a steady flame and no smoke. The fragrance lingers beautifully even after it’s out. Absolutely delicious aroma and great quality. Perfect candle. 5/5.
