One of my favorite features is the versatile, convertible strap. It can be lengthened to wear as a crossbody or shortened to sit comfortably on the shoulder, offering multiple styling options. While most of the hardware, like the strap attachments and snap closures, feels substantial and high quality, I do wish the cinching hardware was heavier.
