Amazing!!
This product is a total game changer. I was prescribed a retin-a by my dermatologist to help with post acne marks. After using for months and not seeing any changes I searched for other options, and that's when I came upon this! Literally within a week my skin was much clearer, brighter and it looks overall really healthy, I use 4 drops at night under a vitamin c serum and a nighttime moisturizer. I'm absolutely blown away! I will use this product for life. If this is how all Kiels products are I'll switch my entire skin care regimen to them. If your hesitant, just try it out you will NOT regret it!

Terrible allergic reaction
This product caused a rash like nothing I've experienced before. I don't have sensitive skin and never had an allergic reaction from a skin product. After just one use (and I didn't use much to be cautious), my face turned red, itchy, puffy, sandpaper to the touch, and very hot. It's been over 48 hours and my face is still itchy, a bit puffy, and sandpaper-like, although the hot feeling has subsided. I contacted Kiehls about it immediately, but didn't hear back about returning the product which is very disappointing. One of the other products in my order came damaged, so this may just be my last purchase from them. It's unfortunate to pay quite a few $ and have such a bad experience overall. Just not worth the risk when there are numerous skincare brands/products out there these days.

Amazing for my hormonal acne
About 2 years ago I started getting hormonal acne in clusters on my cheeks (so awesome) that would not go away. I'm 43 now. Tried everything: all kinds of masks, changing moisturizers, pretty much anything. It would not go away, would linger with irritation all month. I tried this product during a particularly testy time of the month and WOW. Night one, the zits and inflammation were MARKEDLY reduced. Night two, almost entirely gone. Night three, I'd say 99% gone. I couldn't believe it. And I know this product specifically works because I used a 2-week sample...when that sample ran out, back came the cluster zits. So now I use the bottle all month long and not only have I noticed a crazy good difference, but my sister commented on how great my skin looked (and she does not give compliments easily). It is slightly sticky--use it with a nighttime oil. And it does kind of dry out the zits...but that's the point, right? They are GONE. Yay.

Works over night
This helps clear up and even out my skin overnight. It does what it claims to do! I am not sure I would recommend it for someone with very delicate or sensitive skin.

I got my first bottle by accident, and I love this. I am on my second bottle, I use almost nightly. It has helped even out my skin tone and reduce the sun spots on my face. Consistent use is key. It is

Terrific skin care additive
I have been using Nightly Refining Micro-Peel concentrate 2-3 times weekly for several months. I use this between professional facials (including micro-dermabrasion and power peels), and feel that it is a great light exfoliation between these treatments. The texture and clarity of my skin has improved significantly. I plan to continue using this product and do recommend it for normal to oily completions, and especially for those with medium to large pores.

So far so good
I used this nightly for one week and while I didn't notice anything dramatically different about my skin it did look clear and feel soft. I'll keep using it intermittently and see how it goes.
