The reviews are right!
Vest is very cute, the color was nice and bright, the material was good (that's the reason for the 2 stars), but it's waaaaaay too small and cropped. I think it's made for junior size.

Cut of neck and shoulders too narrow for me
The cut of the shoulders and neck scoops in too narrowly, this may work for someone with a smaller bust, but at 38D it doesnt allow for any bra (even strapless). For reference I am 5'7, 150lbs and tried a size L.
