What it is: A base coat with ultra-sheer violet pigments that neutralize dull, stained or yellow nails.
What it does: It helps to enhance and unify the natural tone of the nail plate and whiten tips. Finely milled pigments brighten while mica reflects light for natural nails that look younger and healthier. Protein-rich biotin stimulates nail growth while strengthening the nail, green tea helps to nourish and encourage healthy nail growth, sunflower seed oil moisturizes and vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, helps protect from free-radical damage.

barely there color
The look of the color in the bottle is promising. It’s a really pretty illuminating swirl. Brushed on first coat, looked clear. Second coat, barely a hint of a color. Third coat and I could see a little something if my nails caught the right light. Cmon, Deborah, you can do better. Kur pink illuminating nail concealer by Londontown is my go-to. If Deborah and team can get their illuminating brand up to par, I’d give it another try. But as it is, you’ll be happier with Kur until the other brand is tweaked/ reformulated, etc.

Amazing Genie in a Bottle
OMG I received my Genie in a Bottle today. Spendy but worth every penny!!! My nails are naturally a little yellow and the tips are worse...:( But with Deborah Lippmann's Genie they are AWESOME!!! No more yellow and tips are white. No need to wear nail polish this is like getting a French nail manicure. Don't wait to get some you will not be disappointed. :) :) :)

My nails have never looked or felt healthier! Love the subtle, natural shine this gives my nails and how white it makes the tips look. Keeps my nails strong through typing and gardening. Will buy again and again!

Great product!
This product gives my nails a lovely shine. Although it looks purple or lavender in the bottle, on my nails, it looks clear and shiny and without any yellowing at all.The white at the ends of my nails looks very white. I have problems with breaking and splitting nails, and this seems to be helping. I will definitely keep using this product, and have already purchased a second bottle so I won't run out of it!

Sooooo Goooood!!!!!!
I don't typically write reviews but this is the best clear polish I have ever found! I prefer natural short nails but I like a little shine. This one has a light lavender hue but you can still see your nail through it. I put it on 2 days ago and today I have been doing housework and organizing all day, just sat down and looked at my nails to see if they were messed up and not one chip!!! AMAZING!! Please don't ever quit making this product!
