Dean Knee High Boot (Women)

Love the look of this boot and the foot part fits fine but the shaft is extraordinarily narrow. I am a small person with a normal calf size and the shaft is way too tight. I could get a pair of tights into this boot, not comfortable but definitely not a legging or similar. I hope the manufacturers addresses.

I am a true size 7 with a 24cm foot, but for boots I usually order a half size up so there's a bit more room for my toes and I can add insoles for cushion/comfort. The size 7.5/38 was too loose, so the backs rubbed against my heels (even after adding insoles!) while walking and gave me blisters. I exchanged them for the 7/37, and they are somehow too small and my toes are cramped and painful after wearing for a few hours. How is there so much of a difference between half a size? Everything else about the boot is nice, I think the leather is top quality. Although many reviews complain about how narrow the shaft is, they fit perfectly on my calves. Maybe even a bit loose but I have slim legs.
