Sculpted Cable Stud Earrings

These are described as 8mm, so I thought they would be a comparable size to 8mm pearls. However, they are flatter than pearls, which makes them appear much smaller. The flatness and tiny size, along with the incredibly tight back, make them hard to remove from the ear. The style is pretty, but the earring ultimately is impractical.

LOVE! They are perfect size (I think the other size would be too big on my ears). Classy and classic. They go with a lot. Perfect versatile studs. My only complaint is the backings are difficult to put in / take off. The earring itself seems to be well-made. I'm not sure why the backing is such a pain! I'm planning to swap out with other earrings to fix this issue. No biggie.

I have thin earlobes and stud earrings are a problem for me. These sit perfectly on me and the backs make them sit correctly. I have several David Yurman pieces and they complete my collection. Yes, they are everyday earrings that I wear to work. In a world where everything seems to be made for larger people (I am petite) I appreciate that David Yurman designs for women of all sizes.
