Too Long & Awful Packaging
The size guidelines should instruct you to order a size down.
The way Nordstrom packaged this item is disgusting to be honest. If it was a $150 closeout from Nordstrom Rack, I would still think it was frightful to package jewelry like that, but may be slightly more forgiving if bought this as a liquidation at an off-price retailer that was disowning the merchandise. This was a full price solid gold bracelet from a full line department store so the cheap box taped closed was offensive.
