Almost there.
Perfect value but the hard inclusion topping are very impractical besides the little Boba. The upgrade you want to introduce is soft spongy toppings like peapod and brown sugar Boba. That will be the thing that takes it from 4 to 5 stars. Also, add more milk white shimmer putty.
