Devon Platform Wedge Sandal (Women)

Since Covid and wfh for 2 years I can’t wear heels anymore, but I still want sexy summer shoes. Enter these wedges, the straps hold my foot in super comfortably but also look very feminine and sexy. The platform and padding make these easy to walk in. Total love. They run true to size but may be too relaxed in the toe box for narrow feet, I have normal to slightly wide and they fit me perfectly.

Beautiful shoe, good feel on the foot and stitching is done well. The issue is the length of the shoe—I am a size 8.5, narrow foot, the width is great but my heel bone curves out beyond the border of the shoe and if I slide my foot down my toes stick out over the edge…these are slightly too short for the size. I will return and size up which I have never had to do—usually a size down does the trick when a brand doesn’t have half sizes so this is odd but the shoe is lovely and worth it

I wanted to love these sandals. In the metallic they are just beautiful. But when I walked in them, they didn’t feel at all secure on my feet. It felt like my foot could just slip out. For that price, I needed them to be perfect. Sadly, I returned them. I wear a 6.5 and have average width with a slightly wide toe box.
