Nice but roomy
These boots are so nice and comfortable, but I'm returning for a smaller size. I'm normally a size 6.5M and have narrow feet, but these were a bit roomy even with socks so I'm going to return and get size 6 instead.

So uncomfortable
I love the look of these boots, and the quality is what you would expect from this brand, but they are so uncomfortable. I had to send them back. Surprising to me since Cole Haan is normally all about comfort. The tops of the boots dig into your ankles so hard you can’t even walk. And no— it’s not an ankle problem— It’s a shoe problem— ha ha

Not user friendly
these boots are very well made but they lack a side zipper and are difficult to put on or take off because they do not have speed laces and you will need to have extra time to put them on. The height of the heel is ideal but it will require time of the daily routine just to use them. I will be returning them.

LOOOOOOOVVVVVE THESE! Be advised, they run big. Ordered the black ones a half size up, as I usually do with Cole Haan, and I was almost swimming in them. Got the brown ones in my regular size, perfect.
